File a Grievance

Need Help on the Job? File a Grievance.

Whether you’re facing harassment, unfair discipline, denied leave, or contract violations, your union is here to back you up. Don’t wait. Let us help.

Our stewards are trained to support you through the formal grievance process and can escalate issues as needed.

🔍 What qualifies for a grievance?

  • Hostile treatment or harassment by supervisors
  • Denied leave or unsafe scheduling practices
  • Disciplinary actions or unfair investigations
  • Violations of the Master Agreement
  • Retaliation for union activity or protected speech
  • Unsafe working conditions or failure to accommodate disabilities

⚠️ Note: If you are a pure Title 38 employee, performance evaluations are not grievable under current federal regulations. If you’re unsure of your status or need help understanding your rights, contact the union office immediately.

Even if you’re not sure it qualifies—reach out.
